They respond quickly and the live chat people are helpful and try to help out.
HOWEVER, I bought an account yesterday. Followed all instructions they gave me. And I go to log in and play and my account is banned. I bought the pre-made one. Now I have to wait for the process of getting it un-banned. I will be reverting with how this issue was handled and resolved and might change to thumbs up. We will see.
